New Razor AI pricing is public — 30-day pilots from $60K, fully credited to your first license. How to buy

Razor AI Pricing

Priced by the system you're authorizing.

Razor AI is licensed per authorized system, per year. Users are unlimited, so every ISSO, assessor, engineer and authorizing official on the program works from the same evidence. Start with a fixed-price 30-day pilot on one non-critical system; every dollar of it is credited to your first license.

1 license = 1 authorization boundary 12 months · all users included

How to buy

Three steps from first call to a licensed system. KSP Labs, Inc. is a small, non-traditional defense contractor — CAGE 15J03, Dublin, California.

  1. Request a pilot. We scope one non-critical system with you and return a fixed price within a week.
  2. Award through the vehicle you already use. Razor AI is submitted to the CDAO Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace; once listed as Awardable, buyers can award a pilot or license by OTA without further competition. GSA and SEWP V are available through partners.
  3. Convert. 100% of the pilot fee is credited to a System or Program license signed within 90 days of the outcomes report.
Why per system instead of per user?

Cost, risk and sign-off all accrue per authorization boundary, and the value of Razor grows with the number of people working from the same evidence. Charging per seat would penalize exactly that. One system, one license, everyone on it.

Why is the pilot priced so low relative to a license?

Because we want you to run one. The pilot is scoped to cover our deployment and onboarding cost, not to make money, and the whole fee comes off your first license. If Razor doesn't show value on a real system in 30 days, you've spent very little finding out.

What sets the price within an impact level?

The number of controls in scope and how many pipelines and repositories feed the system. The listed IL4, IL5 and IL6 prices are the standard for a single boundary with a moderate baseline; a high baseline with many services is quoted above it, inside a fixed cap we'll state in writing.

Do existing Razor customers get a different price?

The license is the same. Razor Classic customers get a fixed-scope migration package and a first-year credit; contact us with your current deployment for the details.

Is there a price for medical device or financial programs?

Not yet published. The trust layer is the same; the framework packs for those markets are in development. Contact us if you have a program in mind.

Are these the prices you'll quote?

These are public bands so you can budget. A quote is fixed once we have scoped the system and the deployment model, and it will land inside the band shown.
